PTFE-based Composites for High Speed Digital Designs
A recent study compared a PTFE/fibreglass/BT epoxy hybrid composite with a conventional PTFE/fibreglass-based laminate
to demonstrate that the barriers to broad acceptance of pure PTFe-based laminates can be overcome by the use of more
advanced composites. The novel composite is 1080-based and has sufficient BT epoxy necessary for filling 1 oz. circuitry.
