The European Technology and Trend Report 2001/2002 on HDI - High
Density Interconnected PWBs
This trend report has been compiled by the Mikro Via Working Group, a joint
gremium of VDE/VDI-GMM, DGO, VdL, EIPC, ZVEI FV BE, EITI and FED. It is a
revised edition of the 1999 European Trend Report, which had been published
as the European supplement to the 1997 IPC Road Map focussing on HDI PWBs.
